9月28日晚，“灣區升明月”2025年夜灣區電影音樂晚會在中國澳門銀河綜藝館親子空間設計舉行。晚會匯聚海峽兩岸暨港澳地區超過80位電影人、音樂人，配合唱響年夜灣區的文明樂章。本次晚會初次融進了十五運會元素，吉利物表態舞臺，綜合推廣歌曲之一《你的未來》在現場唱響。
表演嘉賓橫跨老中青三代，既有肖戰、周深、單依純等內地人氣歌手，也有楊千嬅、容祖兒、曾比特等港澳歌手；此外，王力宏、蔡琴、陳楚生、成龍、時代少年團等亦悉數登臺，星光熠熠。
