From October 13th to 14th, the Global Leaders’ Meeting on Women was held in Beijing. 10月13日至14日，全球婦女峰會在北京舉行。這是繼30年前北京世界婦女年夜會后，中國再次舉辦的全球性婦女盛會。30年光陰流轉，變的是世界婦女事業面臨的機遇與挑戰，不變的是對全球性別同等和婦女周全發展的配合尋求。

此次峰會上，中國宣布未來5年將再向聯合國舞台背板婦女署捐錢1000萬美元、供廣告設計給1億美元全球發展和南南一起配合基金額度、邀請5萬名婦女來華交通研修、設立“全球婦女才能建設中間”等，以實際行動將“構建人類命運配合體”的理念，轉化為促進全球婦女事業發展的生動實踐。
